A: This is could be because you haven't completed an offer or because FreebieJeebies haven't yet been informed by their advertisers that you have successfully completed your offer. Once FreebieJeebies have been informed by their advertiser that you have completed your offer your status will either change to pending or completed.
Q: My status says 'Offer Pending' What does this mean?
A: A Pending status means your completion is pending approval. Certain offers require a pending status while the advertisers check that the offer has been completed correctly.
Q: What is a referral?
A: A referral is someone who signs up to FreebieJeebies using your unique referral link which is located on the refer friends page of your account. Once someone signs up to using your unique referral link they will appear in a list on the status page of your account. There is no time limit for gaining referrals on FreebieJeebies so you can take as long as you need to gain the amount of referrals you need for the free iPad you choose.
Q: How do I get referrals?
A: You can gain referrals by emailing/instant messaging your friends, family or colleagues your unique FreebieJeebies referral link. Please remember when referring colleagues or family members that only one account is permitted per IP address.
Q: I have the required amount of referrals for my free gift. What happens now?
A: Once you have completed your offer and have the required amount of referrals for your free gift, a 'verify' button will appear on your account status page. Click this button and your account will be submitted to the staff at FreebieJeebies for verification.
Q: What is verification?
A: Account verification is the process where the staff at FreebieJeebies check to make sure that both you and your referrals have followed the terms and conditions. This is to prevent offers being completed in a fraudulent way.
Q: When are accounts verified?
A: Verifications take place every weekend. FreebieJeebies also do Mid-week verifications meaning verifications twice during the week so you can expect your account to be verified within 3-4 days of pressing the ‘verify’ button.
Q: What happens after my account passes verification?
A: When your account passes verification successfully, we will remove the referrals that were needed for your Free iPad and your account status will be updated to ‘processing'. This means that FreebieJeebies are processing the order for your gift. Orders are normally placed within 2-3 days of the account being verified.
Q: Can I receive more than one gift?
A: Yes. Once you receive a gift from FreebieJeebies a reset button will appear on your status page. When you reset your account you basically start over. Your own completed offer will be carried over so you don't have to complete another offer yourself and any referrals you have that haven't completed an offer will also be carried over.
